Sharif graduated with distinction and a BSc in Business Management (minor in Marketing) and completed an MBA (thesis in Purchasing & Warehouse Management); he also holds the SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) and IFPSM (International Federation of Purchasing & Supply Management) designations.

Sharif’s expertise extends to multinationals on assignments in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America, and in various industries including oil and gas, utility, energy, food, and public sectors. He has also achieved success in Capital Projects, Construction, Strategic Sourcing, Change Management, and KPI design and implementation. Sharif has seen all sides of the Supply Chain industry and now shares his expertise in consulting, leadership, and project management roles, and as a teacher at Simon Fraser University.

Arun is a Supply Chain professional concentrating on Demand Planning, Data Analytics, Inventory Management, and Project Management; he brings over five years of experience in both private and public sectors to the Formation Consulting team. Arun holds an MSCM (Master of Supply Chain Management) and he has worked in Canada and Asia for various startups and industries, including FMCG, food and beverage, skin care, and pet. His roles focused on managing global demand, overseeing vendors, purchasing, and inventory, and coordinating with internal and external partners to implement complex projects.

Arun is a passionate Business Analyst with expertise in demand forecasting, predictive data analysis, project management, continuous improvement, process development, and effective team building.

Ryan is an accomplished Software Engineer who specializes in programming, delivering custom process automations and IT tools for teams, and designing apps to enhance and streamline a company’s customer interface.

His extensive portfolio of programming skills includes Reactjs, Nodejs, Javascript, React Native, and Electron. Ryan is also experienced in leveraging various technologies and web services including AWS, Firebase, Heroku, and MongoDB. He developed multiple web applications with both mobile and desktop capabilities, and he brings a sophisticated technological lens to the Formation Consulting team.

Erika is a Holistic Nutritionist, Fashion Marketing graduate, and organizational leader with over ten years of professional experience in roles including retail and fitness operations, project and account management, creative and technical writing, client service, and quality assurance. She brings strong communication, meaningful teamwork, and a detail-oriented perspective to the Formation Consulting team.

Erika founded a Nutrition Consulting company, developed written content for blogs and various media, and successfully contributed to product and service excellence by leading, training, and collaborating with small teams, strengthening customer relationships, and creating quality control processes and operational efficiencies.

Saikat is a confident and dedicated leader with more than 22 years of information technology experience. Along with expertise in IT development and operations, he has also spent over 12 years in leadership roles in the areas of IT Project Management, Enterprise and Solution Architecture (Business, Data, Technology, and Cybersecurity), Business Process Analysis and Reengineering, and Multiple Geography Team Management.

Saikat is an effective team builder, strategic IT leader, and champion for change with a commendable reputation for implementing productivity improvement tools, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative IT Processes, such as Lean Six Sigma, CMMi, and ITIL.

He has also used strong project management principles to deliver strategic solutions for industries including finance, retail and commercial banking, insurance and investments, telecommunication, energy, real estate, education, and securities.

His previous roles as a Senior Solutions Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, and Senior and IT Development Manager provided him with a wealth of IT knowledge, which he is thrilled to bring to the Formation team.
